Applications for the following FFTC Scholarship Funds are not available online and may require contacting an external school or organization.
Instills the hope of a college education in middle school students burdened with socio-economic disadvantages who are currently enrolled in the seventh grade within the following Title I Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools:
- Albemarle Road Middle School
- Coulwood Middle School
- Eastway Middle School
- James Martin Middle School
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School
- McClintock Middle School
- Northeast Middle School
- Quail Hollow Middle School
- Ranson Middle School
- Sedgefield Middle School
- Whitewater Middle School
How to apply: Contact the guidance counselor at one of the above Title I Charlotte-Mecklenburg Middle Schools.
Provides undergraduate scholarships to high school (public or private) seniors who have experienced the death of a parent. Minimum eligibility:
- Be a graduating high school senior from a high school located in Mecklenburg County, NC (public or private) planning to enter a four-year degree program at an accredited institution
- Be a legal resident of Mecklenburg County, NC
- Has experienced the death of one or both parents

Provides undergraduate scholarships to students who graduate from a public high school located in Hoke County, NC. Minimum eligibility:
- Graduating senior at Hoke County High School
- 2.75 minimum cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale)
- Must attend a four-year college or university
- Legal resident of Hoke County, NC

Provides undergraduate scholarships to residents of North Carolina attending an accredited North Carolina college or university. Minimum eligibility:
- Must be a North Carolina resident
- Must have a cumulative unweighted grade point average of at least 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Must attend an accredited North Carolina college or university

Provides scholarships to nursing students who have a desire to work with dementia care patients whether in a hospital setting, assisted living facility, or nursing home. Minimum eligibility:
- Applicant must be a nursing student planning to work with dementia care patients.

Provides undergraduate scholarships to competitive tennis players from Charlotte-Mecklenburg high schools (public or private). Minimum eligibility:
- Graduating senior at a Charlotte-Mecklenburg area high school (public or private)
- Must be a member of the high school boys’ or girls’ tennis team
