Nonprofits in our region are invited to use our meeting spaces at no charge during weekday business hours. Our uptown Charlotte headquarters serves as an inspirational gathering place and civic hub for our community.

Meeting space is offered free of charge to 501(c)3 nonprofits within our 13-county region during weekday business hours, subject to availability. Other event spaces are offered at a discounted rate.

SOCIAL EVENTS, CORPORATE MEETINGS & OTHER GATHERINGS

Event spaces and conference rooms are available to rent – weekdays, evenings and weekends – for business meetings, receptions, celebrations and nonprofit fundraisers. Learn about your options.

Board and Conference Rooms

Located within our Levine Conference Center, our 16 meeting rooms accommodate between 5-40 guests. We offer a variety of layouts, including a tiered-seating classroom.
