MyFFTC FAQ
Your new fundholder portal is open for business
We're excited to share that the enhanced portal is now live and ready for you to manage your charitable funds. We've compiled answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you need further help, please contact your relationship manager or the Donor Operations team at support@fftc.org.
How do I log in?
If this is your first time logging into the new portal, you’ll need to re-register, as your previous credentials are no longer valid.
- Visit MyFFTC.org or MyFCJC.org to access the login page.
- Enter your email as your username (Do not enter your prior password).
- Click the “Reset Password” link (Do not click Log In).
- Once you reset your password, you will be able to log in and start managing your fund.
Key note: The current URL (https://fftc.spectrumportal.net/accounts/signin) is no longer be active as of July 1. If you have this bookmarked on your browser, please update the bookmark to either myfftc.org or myfcjc.org.
How do I find my monthly statement?
Monthly statements are accessible from the Fund Overview page. From your dashboard, you will see tiles for each fund you manage. Click the Fund Overview button.
The Fund Overview landing page is a daily snapshot of balances. To view your statement, select the month from the Previous Statement drop-down box at the top of the page.
Note: Historical statements (prior to April 2026) are available in PDF form on the Historical Statements page. This is accessible from the left menu.
I logged in but don't see my funds. What do I do?
Contact your relationship manager or the Donor Operations team for help. They can help you diagnose and solve the issue promptly.
Note: This sometimes occurs if you share an email with a family member or colleague. Our team can help fix this duplication.
I want to request a grant from my donor advised fund, but the page says "The organization doesn't exist."
It appears that you are viewing the portal as if you are an Agency Fund representative. Contact the Donor Operations team to switch your view.
This is most common if you have a personal fund and also have access to an agency fund. In this scenario, you may want to consider using a separate email address for each role, so you can take the appropriate action for each fund.
Will I have access to historical data?
Yes! You will have access to download four years of PDFs of your past monthly and annual statements (those prior to May 2026). You will also be able to view and download transactional activity back to 2017.
Do you have tutorials or resources to help me learn how to use the portal?
The new portal is much more intuitive than our previous version, but we have developed the following resources to get you started.
- How to register
- How to request a grant
- How to request a distribution (Agency Funds)
- How to view grant history
- How to view and download contribution history
- How to contribute to your own fund
