Evan Wolkofsky

Evan has been with the Foundation since 2015 and regularly assists in all aspects of the Foundation’s growing legal, compliance and regulatory work. 

Evan has more than 16 years of experience as a corporate attorney specializing in areas including finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contract review, general corporate and compliance matters. Prior to joining Foundation for the Carolinas, Evan was a Partner at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Prior to that, Evan was a Partner at K&L Gates where he worked for 11 years. 

Evan received his B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
