Scholarship Resources/Links

We recommend all students, regardless of financial need, inquire about scholarship opportunities available through the financial aid office at the institution they plan to attend. Students who have declared an academic major should also discuss scholarship availability with faculty and administration in their academic departments.

Extensive college planning and funding information is available on numerous Web sites. Some of those scholarship sites include:

The College Board
College Foundation of North Carolina
Common Application
Free Application for Federal Student Aid
National Association for College Admission (NACAC)
Peterson's Thompson Learning Colleges & Universities
SmartStudent Guide to Financial Aid
Saving for College
Student Aid on the Web
The Princeton Review
U.S. News & World Report

Foundation For The Carolinas does not administer the Web sites listed above and does not endorse or guarantee success.
