This workshop is designed for nonprofit executive directors, board members and development directors who are interested in learning more about effective financial management tools and controls to ensure sound business practices, in addition to tax and regulatory compliance. The second session will be devoted to highlighting development, marketing and communication strategies to successfully establish, promote and maintain endowment funds.
